MOUNTAINAIR, N.M. — The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a Fire Weather Watch for Torrance County and the surrounding Central Highlands, warning of critical fire conditions beginning Wednesday morning. The watch, which includes Mountainair and the Estancia Valley, is in effect from 11:00 AM until 9:00
