The following ordinances have been published at the request of the Town of Mountainair:

  • Ordinance 02-2023, Pertaining to a proposed rate change for municipal water services;
  • Ordinance 03-2023, Pertaining to a proposed rate change for municipal wastewater services;
  • Ordinance 04-2023, Pertaining to a proposed rate change for solid waste services; and,
  • Ordinance 05-2023, Pertaining to a proposed rate change for natural gas services.
