Public Notice from Torrance County regarding the adoption of a Permanent Fund Ordinance
PUBLIC NOTICE
The Board of County Commissioners of Torrance County will be holding a regular meeting at 9:00am on January 28, 2026, at which time the Commission will conduct a public hearing on the adoption of a Permanent Fund Ordinance. If approved, the Ordinance will establish a permanent fund for special revenues received by the County. The intent of the permanent fund is to ensure that special revenues are managed and invested to maximize long-term financial security and to minimize financial risk. The meeting will be held and the Torrance County Commission Chambers located at 205 S. 9th Street Estancia, NM 87016.
