Mountainair First Notice of Public Land Auction

TOWN OF MOUNTAINAIR
NOTICE OF PUBLIC LAND AUCTION

The Town of Mountainair will conduct a public auction of Town-owned real property on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at the rear parking lot of Mountainair Town Hall.

Properties Available:

1. 215 E. Broadway (R015157) – Mountainair Original Subdivision, Block 9, Lots 10–11. Minimum bid: $20,000 ($10,000 per lot).

2. 106 N. Ross Avenue (R015637) – Mountainair Original Subdivision, Block 9, Lot 6. Minimum bid: $10,000.

3. 212 N. Corbett Avenue (R015705) – Mountainair Real Subdivision, Block 5, Lot 5. Minimum bid: $10,000.

Auction Terms: All properties will be sold AS IS, WHERE IS, without warranties. Bidders must have no past-due utility balances with the Town of Mountainair. Winning bidders must pay the full purchase price within five (5) business days of bid acceptance or approval, including clearance of checks. Purchasers are responsible for applicable closing, recording, and survey costs. All sales are subject to applicable law and any required Town Council approval. The Town reserves the right to reject bids as permitted by law.
