• What are the limitations on use of money given to CPSWCD? Can it create or encourage water-wise businesses instead of water-intensive ones? Fire-wise vs. Fire-risk creation; Can it be used to provide improved comms between orgs?

• If there was ever a fire on the south end of the Manzano Mountains; the would not be able to stop that fire at I-40; that’s a lot of burnt acreage;
