Public Comment on Torrance County ICIP

Torrance County has published its Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan (ICIP) for fiscal years 2027 through 2031. This document is used to request funding for local projects, broadly speaking. The county is seeking public input on its ICIP. While the Mountainair Dispatch will provide a more complete assessment of the ICIP in the future, the two documents below contain the ICIP and the public comment form. Comments can be sent directly to Torrance County Manager Jordan Barela via email at jjbarela@tcnm.us.
